Since 1987, Mike Green has been a faithful customer of Toner Jewelry. Originally referred to the store by a friend who was a wholesale jewelry specialist, Mike has yet to find one negative thing about Mike Toner and his incredible staff.

Mike also notes that the experts at Toner Jewelry will happily go out of their way to make a customer satisfied. For example, Mike was once looking for an emerald green jewel for his wife. Toner Jewelry came up with not one, but five pieces from which Mike could choose. To make it more interesting, a few of the pieces were not even what they currently had in stock. They went out and found them for him! Talk about true customer service!

When describing Toner Jewelry in one word, Mike did not hesitate. "Complete," he confirmed. "They do everything, and they do it all very well. I have always been satisfied with them."

To long-standing Toner Jewelry customer, B.J. Renfrow, there is no other jeweler in town from which to buy.

B.J. also emphasizes how honest Mike Toner and his staff are. "They are such extraordinary people. I know I can trust in what they say. The treat me like family."

The only drawback B.J. has is that she drives a 16 year old car and lives nearly 25 minutes away from the store. "They need to have a store out near me," she laughs.

However, B.J. knows that Toner Jewelry is worth the drive every time!

Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant." That one single word is how long-standing customer, Arnie Kratchman, describes Toner Jewelry. "I use that to not only describe their diamonds but their operation as a whole."

Arnie stepped into Toner Jewelry when it first opened its doors years ago. His only motivation at the time was that it was close to his home and seemed like a pretty nice shop to him. Over the years, Arnie has come to realize that Mike Toner and his staff are the epitome of the jewelry industry in terms of customer service and selection of items.

"If they do not have a particular piece of jewelry for which you are looking, they will go out and find it for you," noted Arnie. "And if they cannot find it, they will honestly let you know. They go above and beyond all expectations." Arnie and wife, Jo Kratchman, customers since the beginning

"They truly are honest. They treat you very well and make sure to take care of you. They make you one of their personal friends," said Arnie, who also pointed out that Toner Jewelry has never once left him feeling dissatisfied or disappointed over the years.

Twenty-six years and counting. That is how long Pam Bacon has been a customer of Toner Jewelry. It all began with the purchase of her bridal set back then, and today she claims that she would never go anywhere else for her jewelry needs.

"There is no other store like Toner," she notes. "They never make a mistake in what they do. Mike, Linda, and the entire staff work diligently to make sure you are happy." Pam Bacon, customer since her "I do" days, twenty-six years ago!

Pam also noted that if you purchase something and then a few years later decide it isn't for you, perhaps your tastes have changed, or you simply do not wear it anymore, Toner will happily work with you in trading it in for another piece of jewelry.

"Toner is simply a risk-free place to go," noted Pam. "It is the greatest jewelry store."

According to Linda Masood, she has been coming to Toner Jewelry since Mike Toner was just a teenager.

"I began shopping at his store when he originally started it. He must have been all of 18 or 19 years old," she said. "I continued to be a customer of his because he is so honest and works well with his customers." Linda Masood, customer since the beginning!

Linda recognizes, as do many of Toner Jewelry's customers, that Mike Toner does excellent work and that people can trust his judgment.

"He offers a decent and fair price for his items," noted Linda. I just know I can depend on him."

When Carrie Oliver was referred to Toner Jewelry by a good friend nearly 15 years ago, she never realized what a long and solid customer relationship she would have with Mike over the ensuing years.

"What I appreciate about Mike Toner and Toner Jewelry is the fact that they never try to sell. I can come into the store and look around without the fear of being pushed into buying something," said Carrie. "There is absolutely no pressure put on the customer." One of the aspects of Toner Jewelry that continues to bring Carrie back in its doors is the fact that they can either create a piece for you based on your specifications or they can find what you are looking for. That extra mile in customer service is also seen in the other things Mike does.

"I am associated with a non-profit organization," said Carrie, "and Mike has been very generous over the years with his donations to the group."

While Carrie does not patronize other jewelers because "you just never know what you are getting," she knows that with Toner Jewelry you can always trust who they are and what they do.
